Sales Development Representative

Remote Sales

Currently we are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Business Development Team to work with the UK market. 

Your role will involve:

  • Lead outreach (email, social media, phone, written, etc.).
  • Follow up on marketing qualified leads
  • Drive the conversions from initial contact to RFP (request for proposal)
  • Qualify leads according to BANT and Unicsoft best practices
  • Nurture leads without a need until they have one, anticipate future needs
  • Work with Zoho CRM to keep data records and statuses updated.
  • Keep an eye on trends within your own leads portfolio and provide feedback to the Sales & Marketing teams


  • At least 1 year of experience in international B2B sales as SDR or Junior Sales;
  • At least 1 year of experience working with contacts from the outbound channels;
  • Basic knowledge of SPIN selling, WIFM, AIDA and desire to apply it on practice;
  • Experience with CRM as a user;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • English C1 or native;
