We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead our sales efforts as the Head of Sales. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team to analyze competitors, identify optimal strategies, and shape our presence at key industry events. Your extensive network will be a valuable asset in generating new business opportunities, complemented by your personal sales initiatives. Guiding a talented sales team, you’ll oversee their growth and performance, while your keen eye for detail will be instrumental in refining our sales processes based on CRM insights.
- Forge a collaborative partnership with the marketing team to conduct thorough competitor analyses and curate an ideal blend of strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to identify and engage in relevant industry events.
- Leverage your expansive network to cultivate new avenues of business growth.
- Personally drive sales/ commercial initiatives.
- Provide effective leadership to a compact sales team (4 persons).
- Analyze conversion reports from our CRM, pinpoint bottlenecks, and implement corrective measures.
- Proven track record of at least 5+ years in Sales;
- Willingness and enthusiasm for traveling across the EU to facilitate personal business development.
- Essential experience within a software development service company.
- Proficiency in navigating business events, including conferences and meetups.
- Exceptional execution skills, ensuring the seamless progression of sales processes and strategic projects.
- Prior involvement in budgeting, planning, KPI establishment, and team leadership for business development.
- English — at least B2.
