Head of Marketing

We are looking for a Head of Marketing to improve the delivery of our marketing strategy, competitive positioning, and local sales support.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in marketing;
  • 2+ years of working experience in managerial marketing roles in B2B software develoment service companies;
  • Experience in local sales support in the EU;
  • Solid experience with digital channels: content, SMM, SEO;
  • English — at least upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities:

  • Systematic research of the competitive environment: benchmarking Unicsoft against the competition, identifying areas for improvement, driving the implementation;
  • Systematic research of the market: suggesting ideas for product-market fit offerings, identifying areas for improvement, driving the implementation;
  • Formation and continuous improvement of the company’s marketing strategy;
  • Correct formation of ICP/BP for inbound and outbound lead generation;
  • Supporting local sales in the target markets.
